THRIVE is a three-day missions-focused discipleship retreat for teen girls in grades 6–12 and the women who lead them.

Come grow deeper in Christ, discover how God has equipped you, build friendships with other girls who are figuring out faith too, and learn what it looks like to live on mission right where you are.

You'll worship together, hear from missionaries, dig into God's Word, practice gospel conversations, explore your purpose, and spend time with women who want to see you thrive.

And yes, you'll have a pretty great time doing it.

THRIVE is designed for the women who are investing in teen girls every day.

While the girls are in their own practical breakout sessions, moms and female leaders have dedicated sessions designed to help them become better leaders and disciplers of teenage girls.

You'll have space to learn, ask questions, connect with other women doing the same work, and return home with practical tools you can actually use.
