College & Young Adults

We believe the Great Commission applies to everyone where they are.  Through WMU, individuals experience missions personally through hands-on missions and witnessing, developing an awareness of missions, supporting missions work/missions personnel, and nurturing lifestyles that reflect commitment and obedience as Christ followers.

myMISSION 

Whether in college or already pursuing a career, young women can gather for Bible study and to support missions through education, strategic prayer and hands-on involvement.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Kentucky WMU has several small scholarships available for women and men pursuing a higher education. The primary focus of these scholarships is to contribute to the education of students called to missions and ministry. 

KENTUCKY CHANGERS MINISTRY TEAM

Kentucky Changers Ministry Team is designed for young adults (college-aged students) who are, or might be, called to ministry. Team Members have the opportunity to serve as student leaders by mentoring younger participants on project sites, helping to prepare and host the nightly worship sessions, hosting free time activities, and providing helping hands behind the scenes. Ministry Team members receive a stipend and college scholarship.

Kentucky Baptist Campus Ministry has chapters across the commonwealth, sharing Christ with students from around the street and around the globe by equipping college-age believers to put their faith into action.
